The three key elements of art education
are:
1.INSTRUCTION - knowledge transferred from the teacher
2.INTERACTION – creativity formed from other’s ideas
3.INSPIRATION – a challenge felt from visiting galleries and
artists
We provide all three:
1. We give you detailed instructions and demonstrations of how to
learn each aspect of the class topic. The focus is not on getting
through the material but helping you make progress and improvements.
2. By interacting with the class members you get
to see things from other's perspectives. Watching how they learn,
experiment and grow will give you new insights in making
progress yourself.
3. Looking at other works of art whether it is visiting a gallery,
paging through the works of the greats or seeing the examples we
have in class, you will feel inspired. You will get a sense and confidence
that you can do it too.
